Orders will be shipped out via USPS within five to seven business days.

Because of the nature of our products, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted. If you received the incorrect order, contact us within two business days via email at [email protected] include a brief description of the issue along with video or photographic evidence. Claims made without video or photographic evidence will automatically be denied. You the customer are responsible for all shipping costs.

PRESS ON NAILS POLICIES Please note shipping can take an additional three to five business days. Because we need time to complete all custom orders. If you have press on nails and additional items such as a purse your package will not be shipped until the press on order is complete. That way we can ship everything at once. Adding charms, stickers, etc. will come with an additional fee. There will be a $20 "last minute" changes fee. If you decide to change the press on nail shape, design or packaging, etc. once the nails are done and ready for shipment. We can not guarantee your press on nails will fit. If you are unsure of your measurements, order additional nails or go a size up. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges. If you are sending reference photos for your sets please note that these are reference photos and sets may not look exactly the same. If you are requesting a freestyle set you are giving me the freedom to select creative direction. This means you agree to paying for the set before knowing what it looks like. Update pictures will be sent to you before the set is shipped. Please note Ronie City will not be held responsible for any damage if you decide to rip the press on nails off.
